Simply following these suggestions, it will raise your

one's account may not be met.

What If Simulator
Take advantage of our What If Simulator, this will
allow you to input different scenarios on the credit
report and find out what the projected Fico Scores would
be.
Predicts how one or more action will impact credit.
For example, What-if an account is opened, closed, paid
down, etc.; What-if a previous derogatory status or
late payment status is change; What-if error on a file
is corrected. The credit file is recalculated as if
these changes occurred and a predicted score change
appears immediately. Helps support decisions on what
steps to take, or not take, to improve credit in the
immediate and long term.

Direct bureaus update (Rapid Re-score): this
feature allows your client to raise their FICO scores
within 3-5 days, by updating information on credit profile
that is being reported incorrectly. Proper documentations
are required .
Rapid Re-score (No
Documentation): this feature allows you to update
information to the credit bureaus without documentations.
The bureau will call the creditors to verify the information
for them to Rapid Rescore the report. Experian and Transunion
ONLY .
De-Merging Accounts (Experian Only) : information
reported incorrectly (merged reports) such as variations
(name, address, and phone numbers) and trade lines on
your credit report that belongs to someone with the
same name may be removed.
Trade line Account Verification: we will
contact the creditor to verify and update the accounts.
Verification of mortgage (VOM) is required to acquire
mortgage ratings. Non-traditional accounts are accounts
such as PG&E, Pacific Bell, Cingular, and etc added
to QC Credit Agency credit report only.
Supplement: Changes on the credit report with
proper documentation that reflects only on QC's credit
file.
Fannie Mae Re-issue: applies when submitting
online to a lender ie. (GMAC, Indymac, Chase Zippy,
ect...) without pulling another credit file and using
an existing QC Credit report . You would re-issue
QC 's report with the re-issue number provided on the
